KONNECTIONS '27 brings together the full on-demand production ecosystem, printers, brands, creatives, supply chain partners, contract decorators, and roll-to-roll printers, for three days of connection, education, and inspiration. We're looking for community members who can bring real stories, practical insight, and fresh thinking, not sales pitches.

Proposals close November 1, 2026.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Speakers may be confirmed and announced before the deadline, so submitting early gives you first consideration.

Session Formats

Pick the format that fits your story.

Every session should give the on-demand production ecosystem something they can use. Choose whichever format lets you say it best.

Keynote / General Session

A big-picture story or perspective for the full community, in the main room.

Breakout Session

A focused, practical talk for community members who chose your topic on purpose.

Panel Discussion

A conversation among a few voices with different vantage points on the same problem.

Workshop / Hands-On

Smaller room, active participation. Attendees leave having actually done something.

Fireside Chat / Interview

A relaxed, guided conversation. Good for candid stories that don't fit a slide deck.

KONNECTIONS '27 is built by and for the people actually running on-demand production, printers, brands, creatives, supply chain partners, contract decorators, roll-to-roll printers, and everyone else in that chain. We're not looking for sales pitches. We're looking for community members with something honest to share about what's working, what isn't, and what's next.

Selected speakers gain visibility across the event program, website, and marketing, plus a place in front of the room that's shaping where this industry goes next.

How It Works

Two steps. The first one is short.

We're not asking you to build a full presentation just to be considered. Share the basics and your idea, and we'll take it from there.

Step 1 · To Submit

Just the basics.

  • Name, company, and email
  • Proposed session title
  • A brief description of your idea, a few sentences, not a full write-up
  • Intended audience and preferred format
Step 2 · If Selected

All the promotion details.

  • Full session description and key takeaways
  • Speaker bio, headshot, and company logo
  • Quotes for marketing use
  • AV needs and co-presenter details (if applicable)
