Currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Success for the Americas at Kornit Digital, Dan is dedicated to fostering strong relationships and ensuring that customers receive unparalleled support and value.

Prior to joining Kornit Digital, Dan amassed over two decades of experience at HP, where he held various managerial roles. Notably, as the Director of Americas Graphics Services, he led the customer support organization, driving operational excellence and developing long-term strategic frameworks for Graphics Solutions Services. His organization evolved into a responsive, proactive, and deeply empathetic operation that delivered measurable business results and meaningful human impact.

Dan’s leadership philosophy centers around a genuine care for people—both customers and team members. He believes that understanding and addressing the needs and challenges of individuals is paramount to organizational success. Her work focuses on scaling sustainable, efficient fulfillment models that support creativity and on-demand commerce at global scale.

Jed Seifert, Co-Founder, Stakes Manufacturing

Jed Seifert is the co-founder of Stakes Manufacturing, one of the largest print-on-demand apparel, bag, and hat providers in the U.S., shipping millions of units annually for leading brands in sports, entertainment, customization, printing, and e-commerce. Stakes employs 200+ people, with 10% of its full-time staff identifying as having a developmental disability, many of whom are top performers. In 2022, Stakes was named National Employer of the Year by APSE, the U.S. trade organization for disability employment service providers.

Inspired by his brother, Jed champions inclusive hiring through national speaking engagements, legislative lobbying, working with advocacy groups, and assisting companies in implementing disability inclusion programs including Kornit. In 2024, he received the ASI Counselor Bess Cohn.

Humanitarian of the Year award. Jed and co-founder Vince Bartozzi, recently co-authored “INKclusivity: Company Benefits of Disability Inclusion & How-to Implementation Guide for the Print Industry”, available for free at INKclusivity.com.

Previously, Jed and Vince sold their first print-on-demand business in 2011. Jed has served on the boards of the National Fragile X Foundation, SEEC, and U.N.I.T.E. Together, and contributes to the CEO Commission for Disability Employment and U.S. Department of Labor.

Ronen Yancu is the VP Business Management of Kornit Digital Americas (KDAM), where he oversees Marketing, Product, Finance, and end-to-end Business Management. A seasoned global leader with nearly three decades of experience, Ronen is known for driving strategic transformation, aligning teams around shared goals, and championing customer-focused growth.

Since joining Kornit in early 2024, Ronen has been a driving force in reinforcing its mission to help customers thrive in an on-demand, digital-first textile economy. Known not only for his operational and financial acumen, Ronen is respected throughout the industry for his unwavering focus on customer success. Eric Hawkinson, Executive Vice President

Eric Hawkinson is an accomplished executive and respected leader in the association management and marketing industries, with a career spanning over two decades. He currently serves as Executive Vice President at Innovatis Group, a Nashville-based engagement company specializing in building and growing technology-focused user communities.

In this role, Eric leads strategic client initiatives and plays a critical part in driving the company’s continued growth and innovation. Eric is also the Executive Director of thINK, a thriving user community he helped found in 2015. Under his leadership, thINK has grown into one of the largest and most engaged inkjet user groups in the country.

Prior to joining Innovatis Group, Eric served as Vice President of Marketing for Canon Solutions America, a wholly owned subsidiary of Canon USA. There, he led the go-to-market and product marketing strategy for Canon’s production inkjet business in North America. His efforts significantly contributed to Canon’s growth in the fast-evolving print technology space.

Earlier in his career, at SmithBucklin, a Chicago-based association management firm, where he served in a leadership role during the launch of Dscoop (Digital Solutions Cooperative), the global HP user community that remains a model of industry collaboration and innovation.
