The day at a glance
A venue tour in the morning, a working session after, and lunch to close things out. Times and topics may shift slightly as we finalize details.
Venue Walkthrough
Tour the property, including general session space and where this year's reimagined showcase concept will come to life. Walk through the themed areas taking shape, sports & athleisure, home decor & fashion, robotics & automation, and the creator studio, and see where partner booths will sit in relation to them.
Break
Working Session
A dedicated block to get into the specifics that matter to your business, with time for focused discussion and planning.
Working Lunch & Closing Remarks
Lunch provided onsite. We'll close with next steps and a look at what's still being finalized before May.

Attire
Business casual. Comfortable shoes recommended for the walkthrough portion of the venue.
Meals
Breakfast and lunch will be provided each day.
Travel & Accommodations
Attending partners are responsible for arranging and covering their own travel and hotel accommodations.
Airport
Fly into Orlando International Airport (MCO).
Ground Transportation
Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center is approximately 20–25 minutes from MCO by taxi or rideshare (Uber/Lyft).
Hotel Reservations
Attendees are welcome to book the hotel that best fits their preferences and travel plans. We are currently working to secure a preferred room rate at the Gaylord property. In the meantime, attendees may contact the hotel directly to inquire about current availability and pricing.
